HI Welcome to H C M Your Hypothyroidism is under control as per your report. You can start Tablet Metformin for P C O D, after Consulting your Doctor. For constipation, Take plenty of water, leafy vegetables, fruits, semi solid diet E.g; Porridge Exercise regularly You can take Tablet Dulcolax,Senna after Consulting your Doctor. Avoid Alcohol,Smoking,Caffeine,Fast food. Though your TSH Report is normal I advise to get repeat Blood Test for FT3,FT4,,T S H hs(cause being weight gain) from a reliable laboratory.
