What Causes Mouth Ulcer After Having Oral Sex?

Hi I had an encounter last week with a gay man, I licked the top of his cock but I had a mouth ulcer on my lower lip, a week later I have two more ulcer and a cold I'm worried I have got HIV. Everyone is saying I am over reacting I have a lot of stress in my life at the moment.

Yes, you are over reacting and also in stress .
As you mentioned that there was a ulcer on the lip before this episode and developed two more , so these ulcers may be due to some candida( fungus ) infection or oral thrush or deficiency of vitamins .
Oral sex is much less efficient mode of transmission of HIV INFECTION , because saliva in the mouth contains endogenous antiviral factors , even documented HIV infected individuals contains HIV-specific immunoglobulins of IgA , IgG and IgM isotypes .
So due to oral sex , you can't get HIV .

Since , you are in so stress , so get in rapid nucleic acid amplification ( P 24 pcr , rna )test after 2 weeks of initial primary infection ( contract with gay man).

dont jump into wrong conclusions..
do get yourself investigated for STDs and see what exactly is your status..
there are many other possibilities for it too,,,
but in your case, i dont think it is to do with any STDs..
may be it is just some other feature..
do visit a physician and get yourself investigated..
things will be fine...
