What Causes Mood Swings And Tenderness In Breast After Surgry For Endometriosis?

Hello, My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 1 year now. Last month I had an operation to treat endometriosis and drain a large cyst in my left ovary which apparently was stopping my eggs from coming out. The surgeon said everything went really well and there was no damaged at all. Almost 2 weeks ago, after I was healed from the op, i did another ovulation test and my husband and I starting trying again. The last few days I have been have a very dull pulsing/throbbing feeling in which I believe is my lower right side uterus. I m also having horrible mood swing but no tender breasts or other symptoms. Could I possibly be pregnant or is this an indication that something else could be wrong? I m not due for my period for about 5-7 days.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Give healing and stabilization of your menstrual cycle about a month or two (one or two menstrual cycles). The presentation tou are experiencing does not indicate anything serious and should subside in a month or two, so do not worry. If at all it does not then you could report to your doctor for an elaborate evaluation, nothing to cause any concern for now.

Best wishes.
