Hello,
Sometimes, simple cystitis can mimic an early pregnancy. Since you have seen your normal menstruation, pregnancy is not a question here. You need to have urinalysis and a general examination to rule out other systemic causes for the symptoms. Mood swings are a common phenomenon during premenstrual phase, especially when you are anxious to conceive. Please see a specialist for further suggestions and if you have been trying to conceive for long, you may need help. Hope this helps.
