What Causes Missing Periods, Spotting And Cramps?

im 34 yrs old and my tubes have been tide for almost 3yrs now. I ve always had extremely heavy periods that last for 7 days but this months I spotted for one day 2 weeks before my period and now I m supposed to be on it and now but I m spotting and still having cramps. as normal. what could be going on?

u can do urine pregnancy test...if single line it'snegative...don't worry...these spotting r due to hormonal imbalance...u can consult ur gynecologist for taking ocps...
