What Causes Missing Foreskin?

Hi I am a male in my mid 20s around 5'10 155 pounds with no past or current known medical conditions. I have a question about missing foreskin on the penis. It is behind where the penis was circumsized, but the foreskin is starting to come off and look more like the circumsized area although there is still some uncircumsized skin in between the two areas. I believe it is from masturbation or sexual activity. Can provide some clarity as to why the skin may be coming off and if there is any medication I can take to improve the condition? Thanks

Your concern is understandable.
In circumcision operation, the foreskin is completely removed.
Now skin over shaft of penis coming ? off,is not clear.
As an Urologist, i couldn't understand, what you mean. You may see a doctor and clear your doubt.
Penis skin will not fall off after masturbation or sex.
