What Causes Missed Periods?

I have not had a period since February 10, 2016 and I have had six pregnancy test and I just got my gall bladder removed and they did blood work and still negative test what isccausing my period to not come. I m scared because I don t know what is going on

I understand your concern. Delay in periods can happen due to polycystic ovarian syndrome[PCOD] or it can be hormonal disturbance.

You have to get screened. Get an ultrasound abdomen done to ruleout PCOD

Get FSH, LH and Estrodiol levels checked in the blood to see if hormones are normal.

Thyroid disturbance can cause delayed periods as well. Get TSH, T3 and T4 levels checked once.
