What Causes Missed Periods Despite Having Postinor 2 Post Unprotected Sex?

i have taken postinor2 36 hours after unprotected sex. After taking this pill i expect to get my menstrual within 2-3 days. But my menstrual did not came after 3 weeks of the expected period. Now i am experiencing fatigue, a slight enlargement in my breasts(both sides) and sore. I am also experiencing slight cramping. Does this means i am pregnant for 3 weeks? Or there are some other reasons because i never experienced this before. And what should i do if im considering not wanting this baby, if there is?

I read your query carefully.
As per details,
you took emergency contraceptive pill within 36 hour after unprotected intercourse.
There are 85% chances of prevention of pregnancy, there are chances of delay in menstural cycle but its three week delay in your case. Then there can be pregnancy.
I would suggest you to do home urine pregnancy test. And then consult with your Gynaecologist for ultrasound and further treatment.
