What Causes Missed Periods Along With Faint Pink Line In UPT?

Hi doc, My wife had taken a preganews pregnancy test at home today and a faint pink line appeared..its been around 20 days now since we had our last unprotected sex..we had unprotected sex within 7 days of her Last period end date..is she pregnant? If yes then shall we need to consult a doctor now or wait for another 1-2 weeks more?she is not having any symptoms of pregnancy as of now
