Hi,
Firstly, get a pregnancy test to confirm/exclude pregnancy. You can get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres to be conclusive. This should be followed by a trans-vaginal sonogram and a clinical appraisal by a specialist. If you test positive, go ahead with proper management. If negative, this is likely to be due to the hormone imbalance you have always had and please get proper treatment in this direction. Your symptoms are not specific for pregnancy alone. Hope this helps.
