What Causes Misbalance, Unsteadiness And Light Ear Pain?

I have feeling of misbalance, unsteadiness, light ear pain, very quite tinnitus in one ear. A physician mentioned that she spotted water in that ear and prescribed Fluticasone nasal spray, but she didn t tell me what the problem is? I am affraid it s Menier s decease.

Tinnitus is a very non specific complaint. And pain is usually not seen in meniere. If physician has seen water, that makes a fair diagnosis. My suggestion is to start a course of antibiotics and get hearing test done. Results will differentiate between the two
