What Causes Minor Pain In Chest And Swelling In Legs When Suffering From COPD?
I have severe copd. doctor had me on this pill spironolactone 50 mg . I had some swelling of the feet,legs. That stopped and he had me quit the pill. I am now a couple of weeks later having some minor pain in ches tand my ankles are a little swelled.. You think that is reason

I really appreciate your concern, if you do have COPD, the pulmonary hypertension is very likely to develop in this and this condition causes the swelling of lower limb, second low hemoglobin level could be one of reason, these can be best managed after the confirmation of underlying cause and for that certain test need to be done, hope this information may helps you take care and have nice day.
