What Causes Mild Headache And Vomiting?

I left work early today cuz I have a dull headache & I couldn t keep my eyes open. I ate 3 crackers with milk for breakfast around 6 am. I threw up around 9:30 am & had the most incredible desire to go to sleep. After coming home & sleeping for 3 hours, I don t feel much better....

this could be a mild form of food poisoning..... just make sure to stay hydrated and wait for a day, if you dont get better by tomorrow, you might need a visit to your physician.
