What Causes Mild Cardiomegaly And RSV Bronchiolitis In An Infant?

my 6 months old son is now noted to have mild caridomegaly. He had RSV bronchiolitis at 6 weeks of age and since then he has had recurrent viral chest infections.

The pregnancy and delivery were normal and he was born at term. still breastfed/ formula milk. and started weaning food.

He was seen by a paediatrician and all CVD / Respiratory exams were normal, except the CXR which showed mild cardiomegaly. He is feeding well and currently weighs 8.4 kg between 75th to 91 centile. He is well.

I wondered whether this mild cardiomegaly could be anything significant.
