For sinusitis induce congestive symptoms if present than benadryl like antihistaminic drug given for it .... Warm compress and steam inhalation useful .... Here if nose deformity seems more by DNS surgery done without delay .... Two type surgery widely done ...... -Septoplasty -Submucodal surgical resection ..... Consult ENT surgeon for this ...
