Hello, Bad odour post rhinoplasty is commonly due to dry blood, mucus, crusting, respiratory tract infection(bacterial) or swelling, etc. Sinonasal irrigation will help the sinuses to recover. Other medical conditions that can cause similar symptoms are poor dental hygiene, use of tobacco, etc. You are suggested to get a follow up clinical examination done by your treating surgeon to ensure that there is no major complication developing. Get treated at the earliest. You are getting nausea & dizziness due to migraine. To ease migraine you can apply cold pack to your forehead, put pain relieving ointment. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight. Maintain your eating time table, avoid oily, spicy, junk food. Take plenty of water, stay well hydrated.
