What Causes Menstrual Cramps, Headaches And Constipation?

I ve been experiencing some odd symptoms the last week or so. It started with what felt like menstrual cramps 2 weeks before my next expected period, which is a week earlier than I normally get them. I ve also been experiencing headaches, trouble sleeping, constipation and diarrhea with dark, loose stool, frequently needing to urinate, alternating between extreme hunger and not wanting to eat anything, nausea in the evenings, extra sensitive nipples and occasional pain in breasts, and am more emotional than usual. The last several months I ve not had any PMS symptoms. I m on birth control pills and have not missed any, as well as taken them in a timely fashion. I know it is unlikely that I am pregnant, but I can t help but wonder if that might be what s causing all of this. If I m not pregnant could it just be PMS or something else? My period is not due for about 10 days still. Thank you for your time.
