Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Any infection of the scalp will develop enlarged lymph nodes in the neck.
Nonspecific infection, tuberculosis, leukemia and lymphomas may cause enlarged lymph nodes.
Thorough investigation is needed to arrive at a diagnosis.
Better consult pediatrician.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
