i am 38 + 3 weeks pregnant and last night i found 2 hard lump on my left outter lips on my vulva, they feel like the size of a large pea and they are not painful and you cannot see them only feel them when looking, i am quite worry as i think any woman would be if they found lumps down below, 1 has been there for a while but it was only last night i noticed there was now 2. i would of rang my doctors but with it being the weekend and my next midwife appointment being on monday i thought to leave it till then, but i cannot sto thinking that they might be dangous to me and my unborn baby, please help any advice would be great.
