Dear madam,I understand your concern.relax this is usually seen in pregnancy in some patients.due
to excess vomitings the throat mucosa will be damaged .due to mucosal injury there will be blood in the vomiting.due to this there will also be feeling of lump and pain in throat.she definitely needs hospital admission for parenteral fluid supplementation, necessary investigations to know the status of dehydration and appropriate medication.dont worry once the condition improves slowly she will be started to feed orally and oral medicines.
