What Causes Lump In The Groin Area?

Hi, im a 38 year old female with no health issues apart from a small lump in the groin area as a result of falling off the saddle of my bike and hitting the bar three months ago, i have only just noticed this lump today so i thought id look on line first before going to hassle a doctor at the surgery. Im not overweight so i cant see as though this is fat however it feels hard.

Cause of the lump in the groin after fall from bike 3 mths ago-

Based on the facts of your query, you seems to suffer from- resolving fibroma from hematoma(hence a hard feel of that lump) after the fall from the saddle of your bike.USG would confirm the nature of this lump.Second opinion from Surgeon would resolve this issue.
