Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

She may be suffering from lumbar spondylosis with urinary tract infection.
She may need back strengthening exercise, use pain killer or muscle relaxant. In case of cystitis or uterine fibroid or PID it may be associated back pain also. Drink plenty of water, avoid spicy food. Use ultrasound abdomen and x-ray lumbar spine and urine examination. get treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
