What Causes Lower Back Pain?

hi...I am currently in the hospital and have been here since Nov. 1st. I have been telling the doctors that I have a lot of pain in my lower back for a long time and now have finally been admitted in. Now, they have put me on two different antibiotics and the second one has made some difference but not completely. Enough to be able to see the bone and now that has been infected but how serious is this....will I end up paralysed or what should I be looking for.

Another question, which has something to do with my brother....what is lupus

Hello

I have studied your case.
There is possibility of spine TB arthritis.

You may need to investigate in form of complete blood count, ESR, CRP.

Till time you can start medication and antibiotic consulting your treating doctor.
If infection is persistent debriedement is required.

You need to send more information so that I can help you better.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
Wishing you good health.

Take care
