What Causes Lower Back Pain, Headache, Dizziness And Weakness?

Hi, Im 34 weeks pregnant. All day I ve had really bad lower abdomen cramps, it feels like a very bad painful period. Now I m having lower back pain, a headache, dizziness and weakness almost like Im about to faint and very nauseous. Even though I m a high risk pregnancy due to health issues the pregnancy has been very normal and baby has always looked healthy so far. I have noticed he s not as active as usual today but he s still pretty active, just nowhere near as much as usual

Hi dear,
Good to hear about your pregnancy.Abdominal cramps are very common in third trimester and symptoms like nausea and feeling of dizziness is also common though.Fetal movements become less in third trimester because baby becoming big day by day...occupying most of space in your womb.since you are having a high risk pregnancy ..you must take everything in account ..so I will suggest you to consult all this with your gynecologist n an USG must be done at this point of time .I will like to hear that you found my suggestion helpful. Hope all the best for you.
