OBGYN 's  Response
Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1. First of all do not panic.

2 .In some women menstrual cycle is preceeded by various symptoms. Leg pains, low back pain, abdominal heaviness are some of them.

3. Spotting can be due to hormonal changes and irregular shedding of endometrium - lining of the womb. Or it can be due to cervical erosion or cervical polyp.
I will suggest a gynec check up including per speculum and per vaginal examination done to ruke out these causes.

4. You can take simple analgesic like paracetamol to manage the low back pain.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
