Hello
I share your concern
Looking at your history, this could be dyspareunia

In my opinion you need to consult a gynaecologist for examination and a battery of tests to find out the underlying cause for this which could be related Infection or inflammation of the uterovaginal axis
Another possibility is injury during sex may be due to dryness of vagina which can develop near menopause

Meanwhile you should take antispasmodic like dicyclomine with anti inflammatory group of drugs as ibuprofen
Maintain good hygiene
Hot water bath may help you
Use lubricants during sex

Hope this answers your question
Regards
