hi! I had a bleeding last dec 5- 9. I thought I was having my monthly cycle. However, after few days of bleeding, I suddenly feel constant on and off pain on my lower abdomen, left and right side also, around the navel. So I went to a dr. to do some check up (Abdominal and Pelvic ultrasound). Dr sees some spot on the pelvic ultrasound and advised that I had a natural miscarriage. He then told me to go on a TransV to confirmed if there s still a tissue left from the baby. Below is the TransV result I got. Will you be able to let me know what was Left Ovary measure 37.5 mm x 30.8 mm. There is a cystic structure measuring 27.7 mm x 24.2 mm. NO mural Nodules Impression : Thickened endometrium cannot rule out an incomplete abortion Ovarian Cyst, Left Normal Right ovary. Thank you.
