General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The pus cells and RBC in ejaculation with pus from the nose, mouth indicate systemic infection with fungi as candida, rhizopus or others.

Pausing prostatitis and other related symptoms of systemic sepsis.

In my clinic, I do recommend a swab culture report of the pus, to identify the underlying responsible organism and cure accordingly.

However, if you can provide me your details of reports available, I can guide further precisely in your case on clinical perspectives.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
