i have test my seminal fliud analysis the test is below please advice me is there anything worng

rapid liner progressive mitility A 30%
Rapid non liner progressiveB 40%
Non Progressive MotilityC1 10%
Non Motile D 20%
Morphology Normal ( 80%) Abnormal (20 %)
Spontaneous Agglutintion ( -ve )
