Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Hypothyroidism leads to constipation, developmental delay and low muscle tone.
Replacement of thyroid hormone is the treatment of choice.
Better consult endocrinologist to confirm the diagnosis and to outline treatment.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
