What Causes Low Grade Fever And Rapid Pulse After Removing Tonsils And Adenoids?

30yr old f, 5 2, 210lb. 9 years ago I had severe strep throat for 6 months before they took out my tonsils and adenoids. Since then I have had chronic low grade fevers, rapid pulse (usually always around 100 to 110 bpm), and developed what they are labeling hidradenitis suppurativa, but I m not so sure about that diagnosis. What could be causing this?

Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear always fever associated with high pulse rate, so don't worry about it just get examined for sources of fever. Examples hydradenitis may cause fever or other like lymphoma or Tuberculosis, cmv infection... Infections may cause chronic fever.. So please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions please feel free to ask me.

Take care
