What Causes Low Body Temperature Along With Backache And Fatigue?

Is it possible for a medication that is from a different manufacture company not to be the same or have the same results? I switched my pharmacy and my meds look different than before. I started having a low temperature 97.1 backaches, cold sweat, lethargy. The medication is Diluxetine 30 mg and estradiol .o5 mg. I am 55 yr old woman with fibromyalgia and this sudden lethargy started after I started taking it.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The short history is indicative of fibromyalgia setting in again causing the backache and fatigue. This leads to inactivity and thus low temperature or may be the atmosphere ion your area got colder.
This is not commonly observed that the changed Pharmacy or manufacturing company for a particular medicines cause such problems but then it is best to revert back to the old suitable medications for having no such doubts.
Get a clinical evaluation for fibromyalgia and get treated properly.
Stress and/or anxiety is the basic cause of fibromyalgia and hence control should help you better.
