What Causes Low Appetite And Upper Abdominal Pain?

I have lost my appetite. (Unintentionally). When I do eat though I can only eat a few bites without being full. Then my upper abdomen starts to hurt. It aches and almost feels like I have to throw up but i don t have to. This has been happening for about 6 days now. I am 14 year old girl (if that helps). Please help me. I really do want to eat. I just can t and don t have the desire to.
