What Causes Low TSH Levels?

hello maybe I am a worry wort but I went to see my cardiologist bc hes been monitoring my thyroid levels. he did blood work and my tsh levels returned and are really low. 0.27 lower than they have been in the weeks prior. so he did more blood work and this time did more tests. my progesterone level is .20 and my luteinizing hormone came back 0.9. I m not sure what all this means but I don t see my cardiologist again until Jan. and I don t want to go through Christmas worried. Can you give me some idea what this means?
