I just had routine blood work done and doctor said it looked fine, but several items are out of the "normal" range, specifically, ALT at 59, red blood cell count 5.40, mch 26.8, tsh 0.29, hemoglobin 6.2. I fell hard a few days before the test onto my tailbone and split open my shin on the right leg, which I'm hoping accounts for the high ALT, but I've been on synthroid for years and take 150mcg daily, so my tsh shouldn't be so low, should it?
