What Causes Low T4 With High Antibodies?

I have been doing a lot of research due to my blood work. I have slightly low T4 and high antiboidies. 35 days ago I put myself on Autoimmune Paleo diet to help reduce the level of the antibodies. I feel great and my question is I dont have any symptoms of tiredness or lack of energy. I workout every day 40 minutes of cardo intervals every morning and 30 minutes of strength training. should i be concerned? Doctors are going to do a biopsy on one nodule

Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
The report of low T4 and high antibodies point toward diagnosis of hashimoto's thyroiditis.
It is an autoimmune disease which causes decrease in thyroid fucntion thus causing patient to go in hypothyroidism.
They are probably doing the biopsy study to confirm the diagnosis.
You might be started on thyroxine supplement tablets to keep your thyroxine hormones to optimum levels.
I hope i have answered your query well.
Thank you
