What Causes Loss Of Concentration With Blurr Vision?
I m 16 years old (female), and lately I feel very tired and unmotivated. I can barely keep my eyes open, and even when they re open, they often unfocus or my vision goes blurry. I can t concentrate, I don t want to do anything but sleep. Is something wrong with me?

May it be a problem due to low fluid intake.
In such a case one should increase his / her liquid intake upto 03 litres a day. If still not ok, Get serum electrolyte done especially s.sodium and s. Potassium. Check your blood sugar also.
