What Causes Loss Of Appetite & Tiredness?

My son was sick with a runny nose, cough and congestion last week. On Saturday night he began vomiting. All of these symptoms went away on Monday. Since Monday he has not been eating or drinking much and he is extremely tired. He has told me twice that his legs hurt and he is also telling me that his tummy hurts. I took him to the Dr. today and they did a urine test, CBC test, strep test and chest xray. All of them came back good. The Dr. has diagnosed him with viral bronchitis based on the xray. My son has not coughed in the last 5 days and I am not sure if the diagnosis is correct. Shouldn't my son be coughing if he has bronchitis?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the viral infection then you need to be very patience because this could take little more time to come around and some time cough would be more troublesome but this is nothing to worry, you can try pure honey at bed time, hope this information helps.
