What Causes Loss Of Appetite And Stomach Cramps?

I ve recently started having unprotected sex. My boyfriend has been using the pull out method . I got my period last month on the 28th of July and we started having sex August 21st. So I thought I received my period on the 26th of this month but it s supposed to be ending and my urine is yellow but when I whip there s blood still. I m also cramping really bad, headaches, loss of appetite, bloatedness and lower abdomenal pain. All of which would of been gone after the first day I started my period, but symptoms don t seem to be going away. I know this sounds crazy, but could I be pregnant?

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. Please remember that ovulation occurs two weeks to the onset of the next period. Thus, you had the intercourse during the safe period and hence your chances of conception are very low. Your symptoms suggest that you may have been experiencing some urinary tract infection. This can also disturb the menstrual cycle. Please get proper clinical evaluation and urinalysis. If there is no response, a sonogram may be done to know the status of the pelvic organs.
