What Causes Losing Focus On Eyes?

I have been noticing for a couple of weeks that when I am looking at the computer or paperwork my eyes have a tendency to "wobble". I have no problem reading the screen or print just no ability to focus my eyes. I am 46 and had Lasik surgery 8 years ago and I do use reading glasses often. I know this is little to go on but any ideas what may be causing this problem? Also have had a nagging cough for about a month with no other signs of cols or sinus infection, only this nagging cough. Possibly these two may be related.
