What Causes Loose Motion, Rectum Pain And Fever?

Hey, i have had loose stool for atleast 3 days. on the second my rectum started hurting, although the loose stool has now stopped but my rectum pain hasnt. it has almost been 3 days since the rectum pain started first. i also feel feverish at times. the fever is usually between 99 and 100 degree Celsius.
