What Causes Loose Motion And Vomiting?

hi this is Vijay and I am 30 year old.I am suffering from loose motion and 2 times I vomited. I had taken o2 and Raberite-D medicine yesterday. Still suffering loose motion. After taken medicine I have just visited latrine 3 times. Please advise on my problem.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of a 30 year old male suffering from loose motions and vomiting. Taken O2 and Raberite-D yesterday but still suffering from loose motions, wants advise.
As per the history you have provided, you are having gastroenteritis and you are taking the correct medication.
Please continue the medications in proper dosages and for minimum of a 5 day course.
Take only home-made foods, boiled and cooled water, no outside foods and beverages.
Also take Probiotics, activated charcoal tablets, bananas, curds along with soft bland diet.
Maintain hydration and electrolyte balance.
