General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Loose motions, bad smelly gases, rumbling stomach after taking food suggest that there may be intestinal infection with disturbed intestinal flora or intestinal subacute obstruction.
This can be confirmed by the following ways:
Get a clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon.
Get the X-ray of abdomen, ultrasonography and contrast enhanced CT scan of teh abdomen.
Tests of stool for three consecutive days.
Tests of blood and urine as a routine.
All these things will lead to a proper diagnosis and gives proper management.
IF there is an infection a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole can give the best results along with probiotics.
Also identify the factors, foods and beverages that cause such a problem or enhance the symptoms and stop these.
