Hi,
Welcome to HCM
Your anal pain, itching along with the passage of green stools was a separate entity and have no relation to either your herpes over the lips or vaginal candidiasis. Get treated for candiada separately and get examined the stools for ova and cyst at a reputed laboratory. As per the outcome of the results treatment will be given and you will become alright. There is every possibilty of co-incidence for all the three problems simultaneously.
