What Causes Lightheaded Though Blood Test, Hormones, ENT, Brain MRI Test Were Normal?
Hi I been lightheaded for few weeks. Brain Mri ok , blood work perfect, ENT no problems, hormones no problem . why everyone says is stress ? Nothing has change , no ones has an aswer for me, is really frustraing. This episodes are all day long, with or w/o glases , sitting , standing, laying down , blood pressure perfect on both arms. need some answers Thank you.

For getting stress induced lightheaded it is not necessary to feel some thing or there must be major change in life. The other reason may be that some blockage over carotid, refraction error of eye among others.
It will be better if you post with location of headache, aggravating factors, relieving factors, family history, your occupation and work environment.
