What Causes Light Period,bloating And Gastric?
Hi,My period was only a day late (tuesday) and only lasted that day normally would be mon- fri. Before during and a week after I have been bloated I usually have a flat stomach and I couldnt see past it. Iv had cramps and still now after my period which isnt normal also had a small amount of Gastro no vomitting. Sexually active but on the pill.Any thoughts?

you are on pill and getting bloating and gastric discomfort. so it is mainly due to pill. it irritates the gastric mucosa and produce gastritis. it can leads to gastric discomfort and bloating.
so my advice is take pill with milk. avoid taking pill on empty stomach and avoid fatty food for some time will relieve the symptoms. you can also take drug like omeprazole which can also relieve the gastritis.
