What Causes Light Period Without Cramps?

Hi I was wondering as my period usually consists of a really heavy flow in addition to bad cramps but this time the flow is very light and i havent haf any cramps, is this something to worry about? Is it something to do with teenagers as im currently 18

I don't think to have one occasionally lower flux than expected can be something to be concerned of. Maybe is just normal hormone fluctuations.
