What Causes Light Period And Spotting?

Hi,my last period was regular and just under a week, ended ~Nov. 14th or 15th. I had a very light period/spotting last week for 2-3 days (~Dec. 4-6). my cycle is generally on the short side, but this still seems early and was very light. when would a pregnancy test be most accurate? I m also concerned on timing as I m due for a surgical procedure next week.

hello user,light periods can be variation of normal period..normal periodlast for 1 to 7 days..you can do serum tsh as well..
urine pregnancy test is accurate after 4 to 5 days of your missed period,if your cycles are regular.thanks
