Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having hyperhidrosis, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid spicy foods and excessive salty diet.
2. Use potassium permanganate in water for bathing.
3. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are topical aluminum chloride, oral hydroxyzine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
