What Causes Light-headedness And Un-rhythmic Heart Beat?

My blood pressure is 104/56 and heart rate 56. Not normal for me. I take no bp meds. Feel light-headed and faint. Heart beating out of rhythm. I drank coffee, ate potato chips and exercised a bit. Did mot help. Just took one 325 mg aspirin. What should I do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is just nothing to worry because given reading of blood pressure heart rate looks normal one ideally it has to be measured by a physician.

In absence of any symptoms and disease it is nothing to worry, if you go on measuring on your own it may fluctuate greatly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Cardiac Surgeon Dr. DEVENDER's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
BP may be normal for you. Heart rate is definitely less than normal . You need to see your physician for Bradycardia.Food does not help in this. Aspirin should not be taken randomly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
